雲海も見ることができる法末集落
変化を感じると・・・何かやる気が・・・ 出てくるようです、
法末の北・館から徒歩２０分・１ｋｍほど（坂ばかり）・に向山・海抜３３９ｍがあります、
また小千谷市と長岡市小国町との境界にある「道見峠」海抜２９０ｍ程、館から５分ほど、
これらの場所からは気温の低い朝には越後三山を後ろに・・・雲海を見ることができます、
これは信濃川の水が気温の低い周りの空気により河面からの水蒸気が霧になることにより・・・
雲海が発生・・・
また、標高１５００ｍ程の山々の稜線から東側の雲が滝の流れのように西側に流れてくる状況も気象状況により見ることができます。
周りは杉の木ばかりの様な小国町法末ではあるが、ここで眺める雲の形は同じ形状は無く（どこでも同様だが）・・・
常に変化の連続・・・眺めているだけで時間が過ぎていくようです。
時間があるときに・・・
坂道を歩いてみてはいかがでしょう、
もしかすると八海山周りの雲海などを見ることができるかもしれません。
その昔・・大昔・・・サンフランシスコ湾に一面雲海が浮かんでいて・・（航空機から）
金門橋など複数の橋げたのみが雲海の上に突き出ていた「幻想的な風景」を思い出します。
